I've always wondering what the difference was, which one is the newest and which one is the best...

Please let me know what you all think.. :)

Wipeout Pulse is newer then Wipeout Pure.

I' ve heard that Wipeout Pulse is better, even though I haven't played any of Wipeout versions on PSP

They're both great games, WipEout Pure was a launch title back on '05, and Pulse was released last year before christmas. Pure was easily my favourite game for a long time on the PSP, and is still great, Pulse is probably better, though i feel the retail version is worse than the promo version (even though the promo has got a lot less stuff). Classically, with racing games, you'd just get the newest in the series and not all of them, but with WipEout the tracks are different, the styles are different, and they're altogether very different games to one another.

i prefer pure simply because both games are very similar BUT $ony are charging for extra content for pulse and there are loads of extra FREE tracks etc for pure...

the games themselves seem very similar in quality - maybe i just love pure as it was the first psp game i bought and i played it for weeks!!!

1.52>2.0>1.5>3.40 OE-A>3.71 M33-4
3.60>4.01 M33-2

Wow... i never knew they were gunna charge :/ why couldn't they just keep that to the PS3? I don't really mind paying extra for some of the stuff on there because it's worth it, but on the PSP you just don't get as much for your money :P

And only weeks? I've played Pure for years ^.^
