Hi i recently bought cheap dvd discs ( 50 for 8 British Pounds )
and have been burning videos for friends and they have been coming back to me saying theve had problems with viewing them or skipping although on my dvd player there perfect could this be due to a cheap disc qaulity ?

Yes.

Try Burning at 1/2 the rated speed of the discs.
Also set the Target size to 4300 mbs.
Always Use TYs.
Don't give Dvd's to Your Friends.
Remember the Cheaper it is the More Expensive it Becomes.
