Help a newbie with RAwDump plz

Hi there, new to the site and new to the wii. Have just installed a LG 413b, RawDump2 and .net2, after reading the guide on this site. Dumping runs well for about half hour, dvd-rom LED flashes constantly, even says it has approx 2.5 hrs to go. At this stage of the process it slows right down, approx time blows out to about 6hrs and the dvdrom LED only flashes every couple of minutes. Have trolled through the forum but i can't find anyone else with this problem. Any help appreciated
Machine is a p4 2.66 1GB ram

Try quitting as many applications as possible before starting the dump, and also restart your computer before each dump, to get the best possible result that you can.

I don't think that it matters how long it takes, just ensure that the ISO file at the end is 4699979776 bytes and it SHOULD work. Otherwise its a bad dump and needs to be done again.
