Can't run Snes9xTYL

I'm trying to run Snes9xTYL 0.4.2 on my PSP Slim with firmware version 3.71 m33-4. I'm putting the emulator folders in the GAME150 and the GAME folders and I keep getting the error 80020148. I've tried running it on kernel 1.50 and 3.71 but no luck. Can somebody please help me?? Any help would be appreciated.
