Im in the middle of downloading counter strike source and the files that are in it are Counter-Strike Source.7z001, Counter-Strike Source.7z002, Counter-Strike Source.7z003 And so on up to 0021. What do i do with these and how do i play the game?

Those are split archives in the 7zip format, you can open them with the 7zip software or WinRAR, what you do first is download all the parts, then open and extract the first volume in the sequence, it will automatically combine each of them together.
