please help i have a Toshiba P205-s6267 that i downgraded to XP Pro.
everything was working fine i have always used Ridata DVD+R's but last month i tried the TDK brand and last week i started to get alot of burn errors. Now i can not even burn a Cd with out getting a error. I tried burning on a ridata dvd+r and have no problem. but when i try another it gets loud when reading it and i get a error.
since i put in xp i have never found the driver for the dvd drive, i have never even been able to use the lableflash. could this be a software/firmware issue or do i need to replace the drive? does anyone know where i can find the software/firmware for this drive and if possible for the laleflash also.
