Hi All,

I'm trying to make a DVD but when I start up NeroVision I get a messagebox saying "Unable to load image subsystem. Make sure the program is installed properly.". I've tried to Google this error message but I can't find anything about it. I've also looked in the Event Log but there are not errors there. Last week when I made a DVD this all worked no problem but today I get this error message. Since then nothing has changed on my machine (no new software, no new hardware). Anyone else get this or know how to get rid of this message ? Thanks in advance...

I think the first thing to do is to uninstall Nero, run the appropriate Clean Tool, and then reinstall that latest best version of the Nero version you're using beit version 6, 7, or 8.

The error could also simply be due to video files Nero isn't able to parse correctly for whatever reason.

Depending on the file types, you might try DVD Flick. It's free.
