I hope we have some good ones. I'm running out of DVD5s of Verbs. I've been out of Verb DLs.

I'm willing to try a different kind of DL disc. Maybe Sony DL?

Regardless, I need some good sales! lol

If you find the MIS Sonys, they are Verb MKMs. Can't go wrong there.

^^ I'm willing to settle on the Sony DL MIT. I've read enough good reviews from trusted members here so I'm willing to give them a go.

I just saw on Best Buy's site that they are running sales on Verbs right now (both single layer and dual layer). But it's a BS sale. I've seen the DL sale 10 dollars less and I've seen their single layer sale about 5-10 dollars cheaper too.

When Best Buy has the Verb DLs on sale I'll buy couple of them at the start of the week and come back on Saturday when they are out of them and get a Rain Check for 2 or 3 packages. It takes 2 or 3 weeks for them to get the DLs back in stock and by that time I'm ready for them.

That's the cheapest I've seen Verbs.

Staple's doesn't seem to have a sale for next week.

BestBuy has Dynex 50 pks for $8.99. Any guinea pigs out there?

Office Depot: Still a little too high on on those 50 pks.

Walgreen's: Only Maxell CD's.

Circuit City has Sony 25 packs for $6.99

Go to Sears for a 110% price match and a really good chance of finding Taiyo Yudens . . all the 25 packs at my local Sears were Made in Japan (Taiyo Yuden)

Also . . if you want CD-Rs . . Office Depot 50 for $7.99
Great price on my favorite CD media!

Office Depot:
Memorex 16X DVD+R or DVD-R 100 pack $22.99
with a used ink cartridge: $19.99

Some let you bring in as many as you want, some only 3 a day, some only 1 per day.

$22.99 isn't very good, but $19.99 is OK especially if you are in need of a spindle of DVD's in a hurry.

I'd leave those Memorex alone! Before I started coming here to these forums, I used Memorex, TDK, HP, and all the more reputable named brand media. I recently played my Spider-Man DVD, which used to play flawlessly, and now it skips and freezes throughout the movie. I haven't had any problems with any of my Verbs, Sonys, or Tys!

Go to Office Max for the Verbs! If there's not one near you, order online. Shipping is free with a $50 minimum purchase. I've always had exceptionally quick deliveries from them!

F'n a! My wish was granted! I was watching a movie just now (The Verdict) but hell, I saw this thread, so I'm dropping what I'm doing and heading over there to stock up.

2 100 packs and one spindle of DLs should hold me over until the next sale.

Thanks for the heads up!

Anywho, the flyer has some decent deals starting today, valentines day and runs through to feb 23.

100 Pk Philips Cd-r:$13
100 pk Philips dvd-/+R: $18

Just came from OM today. I picked up 2 100 packs. One of the associates told me that the stores were replenished again today - twice in a week (at least for his store).
