Weird problem with Gear Pro Pro Professional

Export 24/96 files out of Samplitude V8 sample rate convert in Weiss Saracon to 16/44 burn in Gear Pro Professional and when I play the CD it swapped stereo channels so right plays left and left plays right?????
also a nagging problem is that when flipping through tracks you hear a loud clicking sound before track begins???
Wondering if anybody else has encountered this
Gear couldn't figure it out?
