sometime when i put a dvd in my dell inspiron 1520 laptop with a "TSST corp DVD +-RW TS-L632D ATA Device" drive the drive basically no longer exists. Like i put the dvd in. then under the hardware and stuff its gone. in order to get it to become recognized i need to restart. and its becoming really annoying lately.

I have the latest drivers. and i have tried different media.

any ideas? thanks alot
