m3 real deleting saves

the m3 real is really buggy when it comes to gba saves using the gba expansion pack, if you have noticed some times the game when booted says new game rather than recognising your saved game, this is irritating but its easily fixed by backing up your saves everyday and just pasting them to your m3 micro, does this happen to you lot who use this same card.
