I know there are many problems with this phone. I was not receiving mms pics and went through the steps to get them. That worked, but it also made the camera not work and video not work. Also i have a volume issue. I can not hear when someone talks to me on a call unless its on speaker phone. I thought i had the volume all the way up, but its like they are whispering
