guys please help me out. ive been at this for weeks now and cannot figure out why this is happening.

Ok so when i have port forwarded 2 things. Halo and utorrent. I port forward correctly because utorrent has a green icon letting me know i did it right, and i know i port forwarded halo because i could host a game.

Well for some reason port forwarding only seems to work once. Like ill exit out of utorrent, restart it and itl be going really slow and NEVER speeds up.

Secondly when i exit out of halo and then go play it again, i can host games but no one can join.

i check and the ports are still forwarded!! any tell me why! help!
