V220 Issues

I tried to reply to the tread on this but was not allowed due to my new status.
I broke the screen on my V220, I want to get the photos off of the phone but cant email or text them to myself due to the lack of screen.
I purchased motorola phone tools on the advise of motorola. I could get everything off the phone with this except the photos, when i click on the photos folder in media transfer i get a message "request denied by phone (internal server error (0x50))"
I have tried downloading P2K drivers and then i tried p2K tools. I cannot understand the p2k as it is in spanish, i did my best to translate it but i did not get results.
The phone connection is fine and i can access all aspects of motorola phone tools i just cannot transfer off the phone.
Does anyone have any advise on how to unlock the phone so i can gain access?
