hi ,i need some help please i have a sony ericsson w810i walkman phone which i got from a friend it needed to be unlocked to work on my network in jamaica so i took it to a technician to get it unlocked but he says there is a error that appears on the phone reading serious error ,stop charging or using phone and contact sony ericsson call centre .can anyone tell me if a software update would fix this problem?
