To create a multi-disk eboot you need tp download PyPops from HERE.
Once you have the file, extract it using winRar, and the download and install the Python Interpretor from HERE.
Now go to the PyPops folder you extracted, and open up PyPops.py. That will open up a GUI, and a black DOS window. DO NOT CLOSE THE BLACK WINDOW.
Now, simply add in the images of the game disks (in .img, .bin or .iso format) and press Make Eboot. This will create the eboot in the same folder you extracted PyPops to.
If you want to add icons to the eboot, just name them icon0.png and pic1.png and put them in the PyPops folder.
I created a multi disk eboot of my old Metal Gear Solid disks with this and it works great.
Hope that helps, any questions just give me a shout.

EDIT: re-done link to Python Interpretor ads wasnt right.

The Python Interpretor is needed to read the program, as it is written in the Pypthon programming language.
The error you are getting may be caused by either not using a game code, or using the wrong code. The game code should be typed into the bottom box of the PyPOPS GUI. When i am looking for a game code, i normally open up the .iso file with ICETEA (download HERE). When you select an iso in ICETEA, it will tell you the game ID on the right hand side, it should be something like SLUS00594 for a US game. Type this code into PyPOPS (without any spaces) and try to make the eboot again. If that doesnt work, let me know and il try to help you out further.

Ok thank you that helped alot, but i have two questions; Um, for the Chrono Cross, i used a different game id because ive used the original id on other programs and i got crashes with it. So instead i used the one from Syphon Filter because someone else said they got it work completely with that id. Is this ok or should i just the original id?
Also, i got it to run the command, however at the end (after the conversion, compression, and combination,) i get "The syntax of the command is incorrect". Is that ok? or am i still doing something wrong?

I'm having the same syntax error. It even makes the file in the unzip file but there is nothing in it. Nothing changes in my remaining hard drive space either. I'm trying to combine Final Fantasy 8 with a code of SLUS-00892. I do it with out dashs or spaces and it starts just fine. After testing a combination, it worked fine combining 2 and 3 rips. But when I try 4 it gives me the error. If you can help me out I would love it. Thanks

Hi,
I wrote a full guide for using PyPOPS, which is now in the stickies (HERE). Please post any further queries in here, so they are all in one place.
When you are converting the FFVIII game, copy and paste the game code SLPS02180 directly into the GAME CODE box in PyPOPS (no spaces, hyphens or underscores etc). This is the code i used, and all 4 disk work perfectly.

Well I got it to work. I did it by having the game title without any spaces in it. You only said no spaces and hyphens in the game code.

Glad you got it to work :)
AFAIK the game title doesn't matter...it is only used so that the PSP shows the correct name in the eboot.
For example, some older eboots all came marked up as hotshots golf (ie with the icons, backgrounds and name set to Hotshots). Its the game code that tells the PSP (or PS1 for that matter) what game is being played.
