I have two sources of audio for a TV show, one is off the dvd, and one is off a VHS source that I made into a dvd.

I want to use the VHS audio as the main source, but the DVD had extra scenes which are not on the VHS that I would need to use the audio from to fill in the blank space. Also the cut I made for commercials might screw with the syncing so I would like to clean that up as easy as possible too.

Any recommendations to achieve this without having to manually line everything up and hand chopping?
