Help need with Clone DVD Mobile

Hi I hope this is in the right section, I am having trouble trying to put movies on my daughters Samsung MP4. I am using Clone DVD Mobile and it all goes through all right, but when I go to find the movie, it is no where to be found. It says it is saved to Program Files/Sylsoft/CloneDVDMobile. When I go to look for it, it isnt there. This is very fustrating and I dont understand why I cant find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its ok I found it, in the tool bar was "compatibility files" and it was in there.
