You are not gonna find any...not that I know. First you have to decrypt/rip with a decrypter to your hard drive, and then convert to the format of your choice, all done with free software. Unless we are talking about encryption free discs.
The only good decrypter/ripper that can output to a different format(not AVI or MKV), is DVDFb Platinum. Not free.
Or, AnyDVD in conjunction with Clone DVD Mobile.

i know there has to be a way to do it because some simpsons eps that i have ( i didnt personally rip them) contain both the normal audio and the audio commentary from the dvds ..so i know somewhere there must be a program that does that...

Yes, there is, but not the way you want it:
...a dvd ripping program that will let me rip either discs or dvd files to any video format really avi mkv ogm anything
The programs that convert to a MKV/divx/mp4..., they do not have the ability to decrypt. So, first needs to be decrypted, ripped to hard drive, and then converted.

i looked at most of those and while they output to many different types of video files i think starxrip was the only one that offered 2 audio tracks... however some of my dvds have 4-5 so i need something that will give me every audio track. anything like that around?
