Hi!

I have that drive on my laptop, and I am trying to burn a file onto a DVD-R disk. Unfortunately, my IMGBURN cannot detect the disk.

It says: DEVICE NOT READY (UNABLE TO RECOVER TOC)

I don't know how to fix this problem, the drive says it supports DVD-R disks. Please somebody help.
