I've been using Azureus for years and it's been great. Recently, I changed my router to Linksys WCG200 ver.2

I port forwarded and the NAT testings are all OK. I am able to download at fairly good speeds (200kbps) and upload while downloading. (Green health)

But when my download is finished and the torrent is moved to the bottom (Seeding portion of Azureus).. everything went blue. I'm unable to seed even when there are like 400 peers.

I'm totally confused. I'm able to seed and leech while I'm leeching.. but when I'm done leeching.. the seeding will not work. Any ideas?

When that happened to me it turned out to be my ISP's interference causing it.
Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?

Oh yeah. I changed from Yahoo to Comcast. How can I fix this?

Yeah I am with Comcast also.
They began using Sandvine to "manage" P2P traffic.

You need to enable encryption and lazy bitfield.

Set Tools/Options/Mode to Advanced

At Tools/Options/Transfer tick Use lazy bitfield.
Make sure to press Save after each of those steps (and the next).

On encryption, there are 5 levels. After Level 2 the settings will cut out some eligible peers so its best to try Level 2 and see if it works (it did for me). Details of the different levels are at Avoid Traffic Shaping.

This is the Level 2 setup Tools/Options/Connection/Transport Encryption:



For most people with Comcast Level 2 does the job.
However, there is a good deal of people with Comcast that it does not work for.
Level 5 was created to deal with Comcast users who the other levels did not work for.
The reason not to start with Level 5 as the steps necessary to implement it also eliminate many potential peers from connecting.

Level 2 should not be an issue for private, but Level 5 could not be used with private.
I don't use private myself, but Avoid Traffic Shaping indicates that having the site accept HTTPS would help avoid shaping.
