Nero 8 Recode and Showtime Won't Rip & Play MP4
When I attempt to playback an mp4 file, the Showtime window disappears and I hear only audio. I've ripped the file from non-copy write DVD using the Nero Digital Standard profile. If it's ripped to MP4 using ND Mobile or ND Portable, it works fine. But not when ripped in ND Standard or Cinema, there's no video.

Frankly, all the profiles and their settings are a bit of a mess. Sometimes Nero will take the settings but ignore them. Then the settings seem to vary whether using Recode or Vision. I'm really pretty confused.

Normally I Recode the Main Movie to Nero Digital Standard and shrink to fit to an 80 min CD sized file, but now I'm experiencing the "no video" problem. Is the program buggy or have a messed up all those setting somehow? And suggestions would be appreciated.
