help needed burning a japanese mdf mds file

I downloaded a game for my ps2 its called dino crisis 3 gun survivor.
I tried burning this image with ultra iso cause it can burn these files i do it all the time. I even tried dowloading alcohol 120
but cause i have windows vista it wont let me install it i even
picked the file that said it was for vista it would not let me install it it came up with an error. So i tried to use ultra iso to convert the file from mdf mds to nrg temp image it wont let me do
that either it keeps coming up cant find the mdf file but both
the mdf and mdf files are both there. I think it must be cause its a japanese game how do i get this image to burn please help

Have you tried using daemon tools to mount the file and burn it that way?

No i have not i have never even heard of this software.I see it has adaware in it though i dont think i want to put adaware into my pc but thanks anyway
