I recently bought a Pioneer 106D DVD-R/RW and im disapointed b/c when i use DVD decryptor to decrypt dvds it only runs at 1x!! is something wrong with the drive or does it only run at lx in decryptor?

Spend a little extra on a 16X DVD-ROM drive!

Of course, you could investigate the hacked firmwares for the 106 to enable 12X reading. Surprised you're not getting at least 4X reading, have you the lastest official firmware already installed?
