Ultimate Baseball Game (UBO) Lag Problems...HELP ASAP!

Ok I was playing UBO and it ran fine. I kept getting booted from games cause of lag. So I went to recovery, and it said that I was losing all 10 packets it send me from my UDP. So I was wondering, what can I do to get those packets sent successfully and to reduce lag?
