I've got a movie file (XviD ISO MPEG-4) that should be 4:3 but is stretched horizontally. GSpot says it is 608 x 320. Is there a guide, with recommended software, that will help me correct this before burning to DVD?

Thanks for the answer.

That's a good, simple and intuitive app. I was able to load the AVI file and make the aspect ratio adjustment without having to read a single instruction. I DID have to search for the "Go" or "Start" button. It's hidden on the "Queue" tab, which I wouldn't have needed to go to since I was only converting one file.
