HELP!!! sound activated cold cathode not workin

hey can someone help me here i got a sound activated cold cathode it only stays on but the sound actvation does not work lik if i play music it won't blink even if i yell at it it won't work so can someone help me here

On that plate that came with it you have to turn the sencitivity nob to the highest, and make sure the switch is selected in the "noise activation" side, not the regular on or off.

Waymon, your sig is in violation of forum specs AGAIN!!! fix it ASAP or suffer a temp ban. yours is 191,666 bytes, 500x200 pixels.
2. An image-only signature should be less than 50kb in size, and be at most 500 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall.
4. If you want to use both text and image in your signature the image should not be more than 500 pixels wide and 100 pixels tall, and you can use up to three lines of text.
