How do you back up save files with Action Replay DS?

I'm trying to backup my .sav file from my game, I know you can do it with Action Replay but I don't know how. Can anyone help me?

Are you talking about AR DS(Black & Red) or AR Max Duo DS (Silver)? You can't backup save files with ARDS, to do it with duo you enter USB mode (connect to PC, open software, turn on DS) go to maxdrive ds, and select back up my game-cart save
