Help me please to get music folder back

Can any one tell me how to get the music folder back
I accedently deleted the folder and i dont know how to get it back...
I tryed to sync to see if it comes back but it said that it couldnt find the folder

Please help me

PLUG PLAYER TO YOUR COMPUTER.
OPEN MY COMPUTER, LOOK FOR YOUR PLAYER, DIVCES WITH REMOVABLE STORAGE. OPEN, MAKE NEW FOLDER, NAME MUSIC, PUT MUSIC IN FOLDER.
UN PLUG PLAYER, TURN OFF, TURN ON, PLUG BACK IN AND SYNC...
