HELP with CFW 3.80m33-5

hey guys,i just got this japanese psp with cfw 3.80m33-5.i tried to play iso games and videos but it didnt work..i pasted the iso game files in root/ISO folder and also root/PSP/GAMES folders..both didnt work out..i can only play music..not videos or games...also i cant apply any themes...pls help me out...i need to play somthing...shud i downgrade or somthing?thanx a lot...

press select from xmb and change umd iso mode to sony NP9660

after do have done this put the iso games into the iso folder and the mp4 video's into the video folder on the root of the psp.

i did follow the above steps for playing games...but still nothin happened...when i click on game and memory card,it shows no data present..do i need an umd in always to play games off the stick?what is the difference btw .iso and .cso?i put in the .cso files in the location mentioned...pls help...thanx...

iso and cso games re really the same the only difference is cso game's are compressed smaller. what size is ur memory card?

my memory stick comes to 2gb..i tried formatting it and all and reinstalling the thing but nothing works...many isos dont even load...some load and then get stuck...wats going on?help...

these could be bad rip games did they work before?

actually i got them from a frend of mine...he told me it worked ok with him...have tried many games but turns out this is the case...any way to get over this?

my frend got it for me...he got it from a local shop nearby..its not the original sony memory pro duo...its got magic gate technology also...

if it's not and original this could be ur problem as fake stick have this problem, some work for a good while where as some don't.

so wat do u suggest aanto?i get an original memory card and try it out?i dont want to get a new memory card and spend money for nothing...any other problems that might have cropped up which i dont know abt?

ok connect ur psp to ur computer and go to the drive that ur psp is connected to say drive f right click mouse go down to format and click start, after it has formatted exit usb and format card again with the psp to get the folder's again, then try ur game, if it does not work u might want to get a new card.

i just did all that like u said...still there is no change...guess the memory stick just wont vut it...have 2 get a new one now...aah...ths is crap...thanx a lot for the help...shud the stick support magic gate or can i get a normal one?
