hi, there are two types of cd jewel cases: 1 has "2 holes" on the right and the other one has "2 lines" on the right. so, what is the name of the cd jewel case that has "2 holes" and what do they call a cd jewel case that has 2 lines?

i have attached the picture on imageshack. can someone give me the names for these two cd cases.

2 holes case: ? (if there are holes in the case it means it was a cut out/discontinued CD)

2 linescase: ? (this is what 99% of CD cases should look like)

They ( 2 holes or lines ) appear to be the retentiom mechanism for locking the upper lid to the back case. Different manufacturers make the cases differently.
