Green light wont turn on but PSP will...

The green light will turn on only for a second when I turn on my PSP but then it just turns off, my PSP still works, recently my brother threw it and broke it, so my friends uncle fixed it for me, it would not turn on at all before.It charges and turns on but no green or orange light comes, no light at all comes. Does anyone know what part I need and how to install it, thanks in advance.

you can change the power chip but if it works fine whats the point of changing something tht works
