It wont let me install or uninstall nero i think i deleted a DLL file or something what can i do? The error says this: Iternal Error Custom Action DLL crashed on last call in function NeroAg_UnregisteredComEx The installer must now exit Crash Thread ID 1740 Current Thread ID 3568 i would add a pic but i dont know how

Do you have a 'system restore point' you can run?

Start > All programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.

I think it's the same tool for the different versions of Nero, but if anyone else stumbles on this thread, here they are.
