Hey, I just registered at this website to tell you all it is VERY easy to play Runescape on your PSP. You can do it on any firmware, but is alot easier with 1.5 firmware, but it still works with 2.00, 2.01, 2.5, and 2.6.
Basically, it's program that turns your PC into a secure server for your PSP. Basically, you are able to control your entire computer through JavaSCRIPT, not Java. Also, it uses your computer's processing speed, that way, if you are able to play high detail on your computer, you can play high detail on your PSP. It's very fast, also. Like I said, you can control your ENTIRE computer through one simple Javascript page, after downloading some mods (I've tested them, they work and are clean).
If you have 1.5 firmware, you should Google RealVNC or PVNC.
If you have 2.00 firmware or higher (2.01,2.5,or 2.6) you should visit www.logmein.com , register a 100% free account, download the software (it's clean too), and visit www.logmein.com on your PSP's web browser, log in, and presto :)
Both use Javascript, not Java. Basically, no matter what page you visit with either of those, they page will be in Javascript on your PSP, even if it's something like Runescape. It's sorta of like viewing your entire computer through your PSP exactly as you would view it if were actually on your computer. All web pages are accessible this way, which is really great, even if it's a non-PSP-compatible page, like Java format stuff like Runescape.
It's like playing a picture, but it's actually happening. Oh, and when you use this, the cursor is WHITE, not black. Thanks for reading.
