WHY my PSP cannot upgrade and cannot play ISO?

My psp is PSP 1000 3.71 M33-2, i already put UPDATE and ISO file inside memory stick, but i go menu at psp cannot detect anything at memory stick. Anybody can help me?

Make sure u put the ISO games in the ISO folder

ISOs go in the ISO folder

UPDATE folder goes PSP-> GAME -> UPDATE

If these folders aren't already there, format your memory stick via XMB
