How do you get back to the game selection screen while playing a game?

I just got my R4 and love it! But how do I get back to the game selection screen while playing a game? I've just been turning the power off and turning it back on, but is there an easier way?

Hi, whilst in the games listing the softreset icon at right hand side on bottom screen must be touched to green. When playing a game if you hold left and right buttons down and press a b x y all at same time (can just run your thumb across them)this takes you back to beginning of r4.
