I wss lucky enough to find this great tutorial here http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/how_to_play_mkv_content_on_xbox_360.cfm last night and had some trouble with the MeGui part. When i pushed "engueve" it added to the queve section. Then i went to the queve and pushed start. It would flash the progress window for like half a second and then show "error" beside the job in the queve. I checked the log but it only gave me "error:". So i reopened the app and this time let it do the updates that it asked to do. I let it go and when it was done it automatically restarted the app and i redid everything and it worked just fine. So today i decided to convert another mkv file i had on my pc. This one is in two parts but i figure i can join them after they are converted to mp4. Everything is going well but now I am stuck at Megui again. It is doing the same thing as last night, only displaying the progress window for a half second or less and saying "error". I have reinstalled many times, copied the nero audio encoder file over again, and competed the updates. I am becoming very frustrated with this application because i was just using it last night. I haven't made any changes to my computer so why is it not working?

And if i cant get this app to work, is it possible to use something else to get the same results?
