Ok so I have a Dell inpirion E1705 laptop and I wanted to flash my xbox 360 dvd drive and burn backup xbox games so I was thinking about getting this settup.

I want to put this expresscard for sata hookup.

And then after done flashing drive I want to add this internal dual layer drive to burn discs.

Will my laptop recognize this dvd drive if I hook it up through the esata drive and allow me to burn discs? Is this all I should need seeing how the sata cable comes with the burner? Any info would be appreciated.
