Creative Vision M & Zen V Plus Problems

I have been a devotee of Creative products. My wife has a Vision W and my son and I both have Vision M's. My daughters have 4 gb Zen V Plus. My Vision M froze up for the first time the other night and now all I can get is a reboot screeen which when I try to do anything more gives me a hard drive disk error. And now my daughter's Zen V plus shows nothing. Anyone have any suggestions.
