infocus lp350 dlp question (with video!!)

so here is the deal
for the first 30 minutes it is on there is no problem
after that variously it will slightly distort
at top corners for fractions of a second at a time
it also will show 2 very faint horizontal lines
and the color kinda looks like a psychedelic wash

all of these symptoms are very minor
but it is better to figure it out before it gets worse
i opened the unit and cleaned the fans
which seemed to help a little
i kinda think it may be heat induced
because he first 30 minutes its fine
i also have no clue how many hours the bulb has on it
the unit never seems to keep up with that

any help is appreciated

The bulb life on those things are suppose to be at or around 2000 hours. I've read quite a bit on that particular model by InFoucus and lots of people have had problems with the bulbs. I would say that's probably the issue or, you have a power problem.
