OK a lot of the movies i dl in HD (720p) go out of sync with audio in ZOOM player, in vlc the video stutters and freezes and in mpc it goes out of sync also and the sound stutters, now i tried using coreAVC but the quality of the video degrades so much that it has jaggies so i opted with cccp which the video is much better but with the problems above. Also the cpu usage does not go above 80% regularly fluctuating between 45 and 65 percent.

system specs:

Pentium(R) 4 HT 2.8GHz
512 MB of RAM
800 front bus
64 MB video card
2GB virtual memory

Minimum Configuration
(to play 720p video)

# Windows XP
# Windows Media Player 9 Series
# 2.4 GHz processor or equivalent
# 384 MB of RAM
# 64 MB video card
# 1024 x 768 screen resolution
# 16-bit sound card
# Speakers

I really need some help here i know i could play it just don't seem to know why is not...please helppppppp.
