I have this really weird problem that just started and I don't know why.

I have a wireless network set up in my house...and my pc that i edit photos on has a wireless usb receiver. For some reason...anytime io have it plugged in my pc refuses to read any other device. it just recently started doing this out of no where....if i plug in my card reader while the wifi is plugged in...a litlle "Device Not Recorgnized" balloon pops up...and the only way to make it go away is to take the reader out...unplug the wifi....plug it IN to the usb that i want to plug the reader into...unplug the wifi...then insert the reader. it does this on all ports...front and back

Need more info about the computer.
ie: Windows 98, XP, Vista
Is the computer old?
Do you know if you have USB 1.0 or USB 2.0
