psp processor clock is it safe to turn up?

Is it safe to turn the clock of the processor up for in gameplay.

yes, it's safe. sony capped it at 222(?) to preserve battery life. but new games are being created to utilize the full 333mhz.

yes if you set it to the setting that are on cfw then there all ok if you set it to 333mhz then it will drain your battery a bit more thats the only down side.
The reason why its safe to set the cpu to 333mhz and the others on the list that you can change it to on cfw is that some games like gta run on that speed even on ofw.
