I am having a problem with this soft ware. I have it installed on a Dell upstairs, my laptop, and the main computer. The Dell uses the DVD drive on my Main Computer through the Network and it converts a full 2 hour movie in about 3 1/2 - 4 hours. The main computer takes about 13 - 15 hours to do the same movie. I just put in 1 gig of DDR1Ram in my computer thinking that this was the problem. But it is not. The help desk told me to download the newest Flash player, a new codex and DVD43. I already have AnyDVD, and the most recent flash player.

Any one having this problem or is it just me?

Please help me if you can.
