Everything looks fine except for a few things.

I would get this ram instead.

Don't pay for Windows Vista, download XP pro instead. Buy Arctic Silver thermal Paste.

Get this CPU cooler:

Also If I were building a computer I would build a quad core. Much easier to sell down the line.

You should consider switching your processor to E8400, if you can get your hands on one... Also I hate to change the GPU choice, but the MSI Geforce 8800GT is on sale for 184.99 after rebates at newegg... That's over a 100 dollar price difference!

EDIT: Oops, wrong thread.

Yes the E8400 is an excellent choice if you can find one for a good price.

he quoted his price (current newegg price) for the E6750 to be 189.99
The E8400 is listed as 239.99... I'm assuming he's using U.S. prices so that's only a 50 dollar difference.... AND if by any off chance there's a micro center near his home, they have in store prices for the E8400 for 199.99 which is only a 10 dollar difference... I was just recommending it because it's clearly a better processor, and the price difference in the U.S. is not that significant.

Also, if he changes his GPU choice (though I don't really know that much about nvidia cards), he'll save around a 100 dollars of which he can spend on the better processor, and still have money left over.

lol abuzar, it's all good no apologies required :P

as far as being in stock, you're right apparently they aren't available with online retailers... hmm... i dunno, guess he's "stuck" with the E6750, unless he can find it reasonably priced at a local retailer.
