ar max evo doesnt load on v9 ps2

So i finally got ar max(v3.60) but it didn't came with pc software just a ps2 disc and memory card.When i put in memory card it shows no data (that freaked me out) and when i put in the cd in the ps2 disc tray it shows error "disc read error"(or something like that).What is the problem. 

i searched the google and afterdwan but no succes..

Ok are you sure thats the error you got when you inserted your Ar Max CD.
Did the instructions tell you to put the memory card into slot 2 of your PS2? Plus have a regular mc in your slot 1.
There is no data on the memory card, that is correct. One would format it first with the Ar Max memory manager, then you can use it for saves etc.
As for the disc not loading, have you had problems with any other discs not reading on your PS2.

yes im sure.No the instructions said to put the mc in free slot.No this is the first time.Bye the way the ar max disc is blu ray disc maybe that is my problem?

Iv tried to put the cd in disc tray like 15x but no success.Bye the way my ps2 doesnt play any(original) cd disc maybe thats the problem

Yes if your PS2 doesn't play any original CD discs, then that is the problem. It won't play the Ar Max for sure.
You are probably needing a new laser then. Adjusting it might help for awhile.

V9 is known to have problems. Just click at the top of that page on the left hand side for the V9/V10 syndrome.
