ok my max dl speed is: 5651 K/b

and max upload speed: 500K/b

what should i make my connection type in speed guide?

im using uttorrent

You could use xx512k.
This will set your upload to 47kBs, which is slightly less than 80% of your overall upload capacity, but close enough.

As a general tip, you can divide your speed result in kilobits (kbs) by 10 to get the proper (80%) setting for kilobytes (kBs) in a bittorrent client, as 8kbs = 1kBs and 1/8 x 8/10 = 8/80 or 1/10.

So in your case the max setting in kBs for uTorrent could be 50kBs, but as I said the 47kBs is close enough and the speed guide will make other adjustments based upon that speed automatically.
