My football manager 08 just stopped working

Hi guys, been playing FM08 since it came out, just updated to 8.02, been playing that for a week or so, but since yesterday I have been unable to load FM08....I double click the icon on my desktop and nothing happens...I click it again and it says 'FM08 is already running on this machine'. When I go into task manager FM08 is not in applications, but I can see it in Processes...I've unistalled and reinstalled but still not working....can anyone help me please?!!

hi i also have that problem but sometimes it works then it just says fm o8 is running it annoying
