Every time I use my mic the volume lowers, but every time I don't talk it goes up.. I want it constantly to stay up.. Any solutions?

Try setting up the microphone settings: Tools > Audio and Video Setup

I did that and it still lowers my system volume each time i use it :/ but when i dont talk it stays up
