Just a little background on y self and then the question.

I work at a chemical plant on the Texas Gulf Coast. The company recently come out with a new rule that basically restricts mobile phone usage in all process areas due to the potential for explosion if the right conditions are present. We are allowed to carry intrinsically safe phones. My question is what phones meet this criteria and is/are they any good?
